Bruce’s primary function is to establish Winding Road’s operating services business. Bruce brings his extensive management expertise to the development process engaging early in planning of all strategic operating aspects of the Master Plan, providing guidance and insight from project envisioning through delivery to insure that the guest experience is maximized and operating entities have appropriate and efficient space to manage upon project completion.
Bruce has over 20 years of experience and leadership in the resort and lodging business most recently with Intrawest Hospitality Management, where Bruce was Regional Vice President, Operations and oversaw lodging at properties in Canada, United States and France.
During his career at Intrawest, Bruce was the Vice President / General Manager for Snowshoe Mountain Resort and was responsible for the strategic direction and daily operation of the 11,000 acre resort that employed 1,400 employees during peak season, hosted 480,000 skier visits and 150,000 annual room nights.
Bruce is involved in all Winding Road projects and can conceptualize and execute big picture visions. Bruce understands the true significance of creating and leaving successful operating legacies.
